Refunds Policy

In plain language: all sales are final. The details below explain how this applies to each product and service we offer, and the narrow exceptions where refunds are issued.

PB Gold software & licenses

PB Gold is a digital product. Each purchase generates a license tied to the MT4/MT5 account IDs you provide at checkout. Once the license key and software have been issued or delivered, the purchase is non-refundable. Licenses cannot be revoked, transferred, or resold.

Please double-check your MT4/MT5 account IDs before submitting payment. Incorrect IDs do not qualify for a refund — we can re-issue the license to corrected IDs on a case-by-case basis.

Websites & custom development

Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once design or development work has begun. If no work has commenced, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, less a 10% administrative fee.

Completed and delivered milestones (designs, pages, integrations) are non-refundable. Revisions are handled per the scope agreed in your proposal.

AI agents, automation & monthly services

Monthly subscriptions (AI agents, hosting, maintenance, SEO retainers) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; service continues until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges for the same order.
  • Verified billing errors on our side.
  • Payment captured but the product or service was never delivered.

How to request a refund

Email hello@affluentglobe.com with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Eligible requests must be submitted within the windows described above.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
